The $500 Live2Lead West Georgia Scholarship will provide recognition and financial support to graduating seniors attending any of the five high schools in the Douglas County School System. This scholarship is made possible by Karla Beedles, founder and principal of K. Beedles Consulting. "As a resident and leader within Douglas County, I want to be a part of the support system that empowers our students to dream big,” said Ms. Beedles about her reason for establishing this scholarship.

Live2Lead is a leader development experience designed to equip participants with new perspectives and practical tools that improve personal and professional leadership skills. Live2Lead conferences are developed by The John Maxwell Company and managed in the West Georgia region by K. Beedles Consulting, a team of John Maxwell Certified coaches, trainers, and speakers dedicated to helping businesses and individuals overcome their challenges and achieve success.

Scholarship applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and may pursue any major.
