Students Grow Green Thanks to Impact Grants

The Douglas County Education Foundation hosted its annual scholarship recognition reception recently and handed out $51,210 in scholarships to members of the Class of 2019.

Most professionals and recent graduates from college and high school know they need a LinkedIn account, but how many are making sure that account works on their behalf? The Douglas County Education Foundation is sponsoring a seminar led by Jim Browning, and you're invited.

The tuition scholarships are for a week-long course at AATA in Douglasville and include all training materials, books, and lunch and dinner during the course.

Kaleidoscope is a salute to the arts featuring vocal, dance, and visual performances from talented high school students in the Douglas County School System. The community is invited to this special evening of talent.
